HUBNSUB structure starts with the organization that holds all of your departments,sub-departments, processes and business activities.

The organization is formed by HUBS.

HUBS can be organized around anything like Departments or Stores or Office Locations or Projects.


HUBS are divided into smaller subdivisions called SUBS for better control and management.

After that, SERVICES are the functions and business activities of a SUB.

If you want a SERVICE to be carried out, you can make a REQUEST.

you can use the REQUEST to initiate a SERVICE then you assign any of your team members to do that SERVICE.
