Organization View is the dashboard that consists of the analytics and charts of the Organization requests and KPIs about REQUESTS across all the Organization.
All the requests chart shows the number of REQUESTS for the organization and enable you to track the progress of the REQUESTS through five stages: Done, To Do, On Hold, In Progress, and Rejected.
You can also filter your Organization REQUESTS by month.
Satisfaction rates measures the quality of your Service. Once a request is completed, the requester can provide their feedback.
The way it works is, you have 3 options:
thank you: Providing positive feedback indicates that the requester was satisfied and the service provider did a great job handling the task
something wrong: When issues rises you can choose this option and add a comment illustrating the issue. It will notify the Hub head in charge and be added to the comment section within the request ticket.
Not providing Feedback: will act as a neutral vote.
Why satisfaction rate is important?
Satisfaction rates gives you an idea about how efficient your workflow process is and how your team is handling the requests across the organization. You can look at individual rates. Rates across the organization, Hubs, Subs.
Utilization Rate graph displays your percentage of the utilization rate (worked hours) within a year.
Utilization rate graph shows an indication of how busy your team members are and how efficient the workflow is.
Utilization rate graph helps you to have a deep insight on how long the work process is and what resources does it take to complete a task within your organization.
What to do when having Higher numbers?
- Higher numbers means a lot of things, it may indicates a high influx in requests while having the same number of service members.
- They might indicates a long process is required to complete a task.
- They might also indicate there is a bottleneck process that takes longer than expect to complete.
Requests Aging In Days shows the number of delayed days for the overall Organization Requests.
